I should have written this awhile ago but my friend procrastination paid me a looong visit. I wanted to share an accomplishment you all. As of January of 2010 I now OWN all my furniture in my home. YAY! It may not seem that big a deal to some and I admit it's not like becoming a home owner or even buying your first car but to me its one small step in that direction. My only other big purchase was my first laptop but now I'm an adult with rent and bills to pay, groceries to be bought and kids to tend to. It took me a year to pay off my furniture that fills the small space in my apartment but I was organized enough to make those payments monthly before being charged up the ass with interest. I know it seems like something small but coming from where I come from its HUGE.
